I watched the video, could not site any truck with a 105 mm howitzer.
I do not think the chassis of a toyota cruiser or Hilux can handle the recoil. It will crack in half.
The only 105mm I have seen on a truck is on a us humvee with reinforced suspension system.
I think it is the normal 50 cal on those trucks.
