Tell me if it is right to punish someone unjustly bacause of an in-house issue that didn't involve the person in question. This is the case in GTB vs Innoson. They also quoted from the Law where it is possible for initial judgmeent to be set aside.

GTBank hasn't won the case yet just won the right to appeal the Supreme Court ruling that struck out their case last year.

As it stands, the case will now be revisited and the final judgment pronounced.
