Put "graphics" please.

I hate to look at Nigerian politicians. Looking at their faces just irritates me. You could see the face of incompetence, greed, corruption and embezzlement. No wonder they look too ugly.

Why settle out of court when you can prove your accuser and Nigerians wrong that you never ordered the transfer of over N20 billion to some your private business accounts??

So, by settling out of court it means that the accused is directly or indirectly guilty of the crime he was accused of?

Too many questions to ask, but, let me just stop here to avoid making some people's saint and saviour look like a common criminal. Before I go I wanna beg you reading this comment for a favour,

Mediation is always an option to litigation, no be every thing be gra gra eveb if it is your right.

Did you read this part?

Apara, who had in 2018 written a petition to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission accusing Alpha Beta of N100bn tax fraud, asked the court to compel the firm to pay him his entitlements even as he alleged that Tinubu was the one that got him removed from his position for investigating the firm’s finances.

It was all about entitlement, and knowing the status of Tinubu, the erstwhile MD chooses to fight dirty.
Tinubu will rather pay him if it is his due than engage in unnecessary fights.

It is known the man is a T.I.F...out of court settlement doesn't absolve him of under declaration of revenue to evade tax which is a federal crime as was stated by the former director.

Out of court settlement
Olu Adegboruwa fall hand ...out of court settlement can't take place . Is the plaintiff owed by Alpha beta ? No, so it's not a personal issue
It's a criminal case and the plaintiff have no right to say they will settle out of court. You only settle personal dispute out of court not an alleged fraud involving a company
Best to even say he withdrew from the case

Junk journalism. There's no way on earth Dapo Apara can win that case. He messed up big time and would have been facing EFCC.
It's in his interest to go for out of court settlement. He is the only one jumping around all the while yet same to announce to the world an out of court settlement.
If the out of court is eventually taken, trust me, someone must have begged for him.

Oga don't sit in your house shouting junk journalism. Court records are public. Apply and verify if indeed the matter was adjourned to March for settlement. All these educated by half youths.......... nonsense! undecided

Aside all this tribal wars, tinubu id a selfish, greedy thief, the former MD of alpha beta is right, and we all know this. I pity those clamoring for tinubu's presidency, we will all suffer terribly if this old man wins presidency. Buhari's own would be small compared to what tinubu would do, Agbero will take over lagos, collecting owo da every where. We will suffer ehn, tinubu has nothing to offer Nigerians if not to steal, and Buhari knows this, Even the northern elders are aware of all this, All this one's some selfish group called swaga 2023 are doing, you all are just after tinubu's lagos loot. There are better candidates in the southwest, bring out fashola or ambode they both performed well as a governors.

Only God knows the number of times that this Old man has been drag to court for one allegation or other. And some youths are ready to vote for this Old Man, come 2023. what evidence do we need again to ascertain that all these Old men handling polities in this country are not patriotic, some of them want to destroy this country before they leave this world.

Dayo Apara, the erstwhile MD of Alpha Beta consulting has been right all along on the allegations of money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, and other corrupt practices by the company.

The out of court settlements is just a quest by Tinubu for the former MD to lower his voice as 2023 beckons

You should understand better...

Tinubu is a wise man. When you are running for a position.....

You should ensure you amicably settle... all ISSUES....

that your opponents can use against you... Thats politics 101....

You are not different from the rest of cyberbullies here on Nairaland.

Read what you typed and read my comment again slowly so you can comprehend. In what way have I insinuated that it wasn't adjourned to March for settlement? I only faulted the attempt by the Junk journalism to make it as if the whole case and reason for adjournment is about Asiwaju Tinubu or at his behest.

Exchanges with uncouth folks like you don't add value to intelligent debates because you lack the patience to comprehend comments before rushing to type uncouth remarks.
I will no longer respond to you sir.
