Following his consistent form and commendable performances for the Tigers, it was evident that it’s just a matter of time before the top side comes knocking on Hull City’s door for Bowen’s signature.

Bowen’s brilliance in the Championship has seen his name be mentioned as a potential target for some of the topflight sides in the transfer market.

Before signing for West Ham United, Tottenham and Crystal Palace scouts were believed to have been monitoring the winger’s progress at Hull City, but an offer never arrived for the versatile winger who ended up signing for the Hammers for a fee believed to be worth £20m.

After teaming up with West Ham United Bowen’s brilliant ability to cut inside from the right and strike from distance with his left foot, seen him been likened to former Bayern Munich great Robben who is well renowned for his left foot and cutting.

Though the Leominster born didn’t hit the ground running immediately he joined, it was evident in his play that he’s one player for the future at West Ham United.
