I have been wondering why a population census haven't held recently. The last population census was held in 2006 , over 16 years now. We have been using the same statistics of over 200million. I feel the number should have surged drastically.
Isn't the National Population Comission working any longer?

What do we need that wasteful manipulated exercise for ? Most of the data there are all fake and manipulated ...use mobile phone registeration and google maps to estimate jare

Impossible task. Avenue for mega-scale embezzlement of funds.
Nigeria too primitive and chaotic to conduct ANYTHING LEGITIMATELY OR EFFICIENTLY.
