Is it wise to declare a future Study visa application in a current visit application ? Perhaps this would count as a reason for the applicant to return back to Nigeria

Basically, Teeside deferred student and will issue CAS for Sept/Jan intake 2023 but applicant wish to visit the UK in April.

Will it help as a reason to go back to Nigeria if declared the intention of applying for a student visa in Sept 2020/Jan 2023 Intake ?

£5000 school fees deposited paid and defer confirmation received from University. £20k GBP in FCMB savings.

I will be sponsoring the cost of travel to the UK for visit

Just picking up brains from you lot, please.

What’s the difference between uk student visa and tier 4 visa?

Yes, I know of 2 couples who received collection mails yesterday. Biometrics both on the 4th of January.

Also, while a friend (whose biometrics was done on 31st) was there for collection yesterday, he met someone who got a collection mail too yesterday (biometrics on the 7th)

Please friends....for someone who is planning to apply for student visa with his spouse and submits a marriage certificate that at the point of visa application is a week or two weeks old...can it affect the visa decision please?

Biometrics on the 7th with collection mail!! Oh wow, that’s fast o. God abeg do am for us all. At ten very least we should have gotten decision made by today. You guys (Jan applicants) should send paid mail and share response. I’ve sent but I’m yet to get a response

Please is it possible for someone above 35 years old to apply and successfully be admitted into an Undergraduate program at any UK University. The highest qualification so far is WAEC written many years ago.
Which University if possible?

This letter looks edited, why does the area around 14days look weird, different fonts and everything.

My agent mistakenly applied for self service for me even tho he had earlier uploaded all my documents. My appointment is in two days. Do I need to take my documents along for self service? Or its safe not to go with then since all the documents are already uploaded. Thanks

Imagine school resumed since January 10th and deadline for arrival is 28th January.

This is serious ooo... Jan 4th Biometric, VI TLS. Sent a paid mail and got this terrible response below;

"Thank you for your query from the information you have provided, we have escalated your case to the relevant department on 25-01-2022 and you should be contacted within 15 working days. Please wait until the 15 working days have passed before contacting the service again as we are unable to do anything further before this time.

We strongly recommend that you do not buy a non-refundable, non-flexible ticket to the UK, until your visa application has been approved and you have received your documents."

Yes, it's possible. You should craft a very persuasive personal statement through which you can communicate your motivations and you should be able to show evidence of what touch been up to these past years.

Calm down it’s not a terrible response. 15 working days has elapsed on your application and your visa is not yet ready. Escalation simply means that have speeded up or referred it to a higher office. I believe this means they will try to address it soon and they are asking you not to contact them again because there’s nothing more they can do to speed it up asides from what they currently done
