Government of Mr Integrity indeed. It's a shame on everyone in this country. The system is designed to behave that way and the end of the day somebody will say they used certain billions to pay npower.

My brother got paid September stipend, failed October stipend and paid November stipend. The government is a joke; this is unethical.

Just got my Nov now

This has been my complain before now, I only got September stipend..........They are just skipping my October and November Stipend for further embezzlement.
