Vacancy for Customer Service Representative / Social Media Manager in lekki

NOTE:Preferably if where you live is not far from lekki.

You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.

Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison for the company by managing all interactions to customers via all social media platforms.
• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls
• Perform telemarketing job function by making cold calls to customers to further promote sales and provide after sales service support to customers
• Handle and track all online retail orders via social media platforms
• Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
• Send tracking number to customers where necessary
• Generate sales leads that develop into new customers via social media
• Ensure order to delivery time of products is time-bound at all times
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports

Education requirements: minimum OND

Qualification requirements:1 year in Customer Service And Social Media Manager

Experience and skills requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability

SALARY:
40,000-50,000
