You are still a novice how this games works. It's who controls the party structure that determines the direction of the primaries result, be it direct or indirect. Tunubu controls the party structure in Lagos that is why it ends in that way. Had it been that the party structure is under the control of Ambode, Tunubu and his group will stand no chance.
