I registered on Quota some years back, just for registration sake. I do receive alerts on new topics, but I usually ignore them. Today, I was going through my mails due to boredom, and I came across a topic by a white woman on "how she can catch a scammer who she is still in contact with". I decided to read through the comments. But I was left devastated when I kept reading most of the comments pointing to Nigerians as the main culprits of internet crime. Most commentators mentioned how they got outsmarted emotionally and later got scammed through romance. The comments that got to me was from a retired white lady, who claimed she lost all her life saving and retirement of about $200,000. Another was from a white guy who said his beautiful marriage ended after his ex-wife got scammed. The worst comment was from a lady who said her friend committed suicide when she couldn't repay the loan these scammers made her take. It is barbaric, callous and unreasonable to put a human in conditions that will make him commit suicide, destroy his marriage, and him mentally unstable for life. Nobody can eat his cake and have it. You can't make people commit suicide, and you think you will have a peaceful life. Neither can you destroy someone else marriage and have a blissful marriage. lalasticlala Mynd44 OAM4J 1 Like
