I use X launcher pro
I like it cuz it's easy to navigate. All those many icon of app on android can be confusing so I just pick the ones I mostly use on home screen. Not 50 to 70 apps. Just few I use. Cuz i like the sanity of less apps, not many. I also used ios themes but there are more customisable themes.

My favourite feature is the vault, pinch out to open the vault . Where I hide my financial apps or some unnecessary apps that's an important waste of space like GOOGLE, Drive, Radio, or audio plugin. Also some apps I don't want people to mess with. The app in vault never displays icons in the launcher. So my bank apps are usually hidden.

it's a nice app but did you go through the app agreement? It request you permit it to send, delete or move your emails , same as for social media account like tweeter . I had to uninstall it and it was quite difficult doing that. I do not trust that app . I have fears about using it
