3rd place match is for losers who missed out in playing the final. It is always demoralising, stressful & not so inspiring playing such 3rd place match. Infact some key players sometimes opt out of playing the match. & many don't even bother to watch.
So there is little or no point stressing people further with additional 30-mins extra time?
