Job Responsibilities
Responsible for developing marketing communications plan including strategy, goals and budget.

Responsible for creating marketing communication and branding policies, and guidelines for internal and external communication.

Generate sales leads through traditional and online marketing initiatives.

Ensure customer complaints are resolved professionally and quickly.
Prepare and send accurate reports on Marketing reach and ROI.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields from a reputable university.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Marketing and Customer Service Manager.

Working knowledge of Microsoft cloud platform and Dynamics 365 (or equivalent ERP/CRM) capabilities.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.

Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Adaptable attitude, innovative and open to learning.

Articulate, with great written and oral communication skills.

Able to resolve complaints patiently and within the shortest time.

Good written and verbal communication skills must be able to communicate effectively to all stakeholders.
