Happened in my area,majority thought it was a wizard flight gone wrong and he was trapped in the power line,it was later discovered from an early witness that he climbed it himself, efforts to talk to him proved abortive because of the height.
He got electrocuted towards evening.
It may have been depression or he was mad,or even a wizard like some claim,but sadly his side of the story could not be heard,cause he fell down dead and burnt .
