State House Clinic ‘Unfit’ To Treat Abba Kyari, Despite Gulping 13bn In 5 Years / "Abba Kyari Is Not Dead" - Femi Fani-Kayode Dismisses Rumours / Osagie Ehanire Silent On Question About Abba Kyari’s Whereabouts (2) (3) (4)

No responsible government will feed her own people to foreign government to prosecute. Its beats logical thinking and perhaps only exist among African countries. Not even the US will extradite its own citizen.
Several countries, such as France, Russian Federation, Austria, China and Japan, have laws against extraditing their respective citizens. Others, such as Germany and Israel, do not allow for extradition of their own citizens in their constitutions.

Africa is a cursed land. I have argued severally that Nigeria should not extradite Abba Kyari on the ground that US won't extradite her citizen to Nigeria if indicted for an offence in Nigeria.
It is sad that our tribalistic nature don't make us reason anymore. Our concern is ensuring that our enemy goes down even if it is at the detriment of the pride of this country.
What goes around, comes around. When their kinsman is to be extradited on the demand of FBI abi CIA, they will kick against it. They don't look at tomorrow.

Britain extradites its citizens
Germany extradites to EU countries
|Re: So Wrong To Even Think Of Extradicting Abba Kyari by sammirano: 4:33pm On Feb 17|
Give me one instance where UK did that and for which country.
EU is under the same law, still Germany doesn't.

I could but I won't because it is very easy for you to do that yourself
Exert yourself you will find several cases and one current high profile case
German law permits extradition to European Union countries.
EU is not under the same law.
When the UK was in the EU it extradited outside the EU but Germany did not

Kyari MUST be extraditedto US to meet Hushppuppi. Either now or in near future. A rogue must not be left to be roaming around, 25 years in US jail awaits him. He will be received by Escobar soon as long as FBU is involved. All the scripts writer are wadting their time. FBI will soon start tightening the nooze on Buhari and his acolytes.

Oghene1st:All this na story ... is Hushpuppi not a Nigerian, leave matter. You do the crime, you face the jail time. Kyari will meet his family member, the underpant bomber in jail. As long as FBI is involved

Fact is no country would do that to an individual that has served his country. Did you read of a US diplomat's wife who killed a boy a the UK year 2020. US govt refuses to release her to the UK govt even with existing treaty.

Most of you will just sit and write based on assumptions.
There is no way Abba Kyari can escape going to United States.
On paper Nigeria is independent but in reality Nigeria is dependent.
Trust me the plan to Extradit Kyari is already Kick started. The guy must go not only Hushpuppi will suffer the matter.
As for those saying Kyari served Nigeria well that is not true all his life has been using Other people glory for himself.
The guy is a crook. One of the most useless Detectives Nigeria Police ever trained

sammirano:You are mixing things up . Let us not change the subject
Countries are within their rights to refuse extradition on a case by case basis so let us not start looking for case 1 2 or 3
The US has acceded to some extradition requests and refused some from the UK and the UK has done the same.
I addressed the issue of whether treaties exist in principle.
What happens in practice is a new and different conversation
I was merely addressing factual inaccuracies
It is not true that the US does not extradite its citizens
Yes there are countries that absolutely never extradite but those mentioned above are wrong

I don't think this poster understands how US frowns against anything yahoo or drugs.. to make matters worse, the convicted person made a confession indicting a top police officer in Nigeria and you're here blabbing. Small shame suppose even catch you.
The US is not a lawless country like Nigeria where a suspended police officer still operates with units taking orders from him. That alone shows that the Police itself is not credible and will affect chances of other decent force men in international crime fights and assignments.

Well, the countries I stated were from Wikipedia, so the info is genuine as it comes.

sammirano:Nigeria should not waste money on Abba Kyari. It's better he spends his jail in American prison.
