Job Role: Sales Development Representative

Industry: Information Technology

Location: Lagos, Abuja, South East

Skills & Experience:
This entry-level position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone that can effectively process inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads and opportunities. The ideal candidate must have great relationship selling skills with the ability to manage sales calls.

Requirements:
Bachelors’ Degree in any course of study from a reputable university.
0 -2 years’ experience in telemarketing.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
Extremely self-motivated and diligent.
High level of integrity and strong commitment to delivering on targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with CRM applications is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree strongly or equivalent required.

Job Title: Marketing and Customer Service Manager

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for developing marketing communications plan including strategy, goals and budget.

Responsible for creating marketing communication and branding policies, and guidelines for internal and external communication.

Generate sales leads through traditional and online marketing initiatives.

Ensure customer complaints are resolved professionally and quickly.
Prepare and send accurate reports on Marketing reach and ROI.

Recommend service improvement initiatives to Management based on interaction and feedback from customers.

Prepare social media reports using appropriate analytics to track reach, impressions and ROI/Sales/Leads from marketing initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields from a reputable university.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Marketing and Customer Service roles.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Marketing and Customer Service Manager.

Working knowledge of Microsoft cloud platform and Dynamics 365 (or equivalent ERP/CRM) capabilities.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.

Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Adaptable attitude, innovative and open to learning.

Articulate, with great written and oral communication skills.

Able to resolve complaints patiently and within the shortest time.

Good written and verbal communication skills must be able to communicate effectively to all stakeholders.
