I'll be honest with you, a budget of 130k cannot get you a good laptop for coding. Most programmers here started with a Folio 9470m/9480m and the current price is about 160k (and this is the one with HDD. Adding an SSD will shoot the price up by about N10000). When they got theirs, it was 75k to 85k, depending on specifications.

If you want long battery life (about 6hrs to 7hrs or more), go for a DELL 5470 or 5480 and these are close to 180k - 200k and they are all SSD enabled.

And yes, I sell pre-owned laptops.

I didn't discuss pricing, use whatever you can now but I promise you after getting frustrated multiple times & tried smashing your lagging laptop more than twice, nobody go tell you to find money to invest in a good laptop with those base specs. Ask adobe effects users how far.

There is no such thing as laptop for coding. Just get a good laptop with a good processor speed and you're good to go. Once you start making money, you can now upgrade to the latest laptop that can serve.

Note also that there is no 'long term' laptop, because at some points you may need to switch to a Desktop for heavy works because they have more power.

For your budget look for corei5, At least 4th gen, dual core with base speed of at least 2.0ghz, 6GB RAM, good keyboard, and a strong battery. I will recommend a dell laptop.
Don't stress yourself, 200k laptop and 150k laptop don't have any noticeable performance difference.
