Mark 4:14-15
The farmer plants the seed by taking God’s word to others. The seed that fell on the footpath represents those who hear the message, only to have Satan come at once and take it away.

A believer who knows the truth is a major cause of concern to Satan. The devil’s work in the life of the Christian is based upon deception.  He creates fear, rebellious attitude and half truth in the life of an unstable Christian. However when you learn about the truth from the Word of God, the strategy of the devil becomes uncovered to you hence setting you free. That is why Satan main objective is to do anything possible to prevent us from learning God’s word.

Satan can attack your marriage hence making you not to believe in the sanity of marriage. A deceptive tool that the devil is using today whereby single mothers status has become the norm.

CONCLUSION

The devil is a liar. Beloved, we must be informed about how the enemy hates and fears the Word of God. This knowledge will cause us to become more determined than ever to make the Word of God a priority in our daily lives.
If Satan is willing to work so hard to keep us from the Word, then there must be a good reason why. The reason is simple; he knows that the Word of God is a powerful weapon against him. It assures his defeat! That is why it is imperative that we learn to wield the spiritual sword.
