2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid
Color: Blue
VIN: JTNBB46K973022389
Name of Owner: Oluwasuyi Oluwafemi Dare
Reg number: Lagos State JJJ612GT


The car was stolen by one of the staffs at a car wash around Mobil Filling Station Abijo (along Lekki-Epe Expressway and close to Destiny Homes Estate Abijo). This happened in the evening.
Pls anywhere you see this car, pls notify either of these numbers: 0908 880 9007 or 0806 034 1691 or the nearest police station.

The car still looks new,obviously it still has first body;just pray that they haven't dismantled the car and sold in pieces at ladipo spare parts market

The main hybrid battery is expensive to replace and the mechanics that know how to repair them aren’t much.

U have to make sure it’s in good very condition b4 buying it.

It is nearly impossible.Except the said person knows were it was attached(we make sure nobody sees it during installation,not even the owner).

I hope and pray it's recovered oh but I assure that if that car gets to olowu,olowu, ngbuka obosi, ngbuka nkpor,akilo or many spare parts markets and it doesn't have a tracker, it will be cannibalised and sold in parts

it uses mostly battery energy and partly petrol engine. very few mechanics can fix hybrid cars in Nigeria and if it gets bad, its very expensive to repair.
All these makes it very difficult for a hybrid to be sold unless to a buyer that specially requests for it.

It is not impossible to remove. But we install in hard to reach locations.

And recoveries are initiated almost immediately. The trackers have shutdown functions, but we discourage shutting down a stolen vehicle you are not close for her recovery, as it makes the thieves suspicious and gives them enough time to start looking for why the vehicle has stopped abruptly.

You only jam vehicles that have gps trackers installed.

Do you ignore erecting a fence, and put barb wires because thieves now jump fences, and cut barbed wires?

Cars without trackers are soft targets. And common car thieves do not go around with anti jammers, except they are assassins, or Kidnappers. They are not after your car.


There is no justification for not having a tracker installed in your vehicle .

That thieves can break in into your house does not make having a door, and locking it stupid.

Thieves will be drawn to unsecured properties.



Lastly, we also install anti jammers on request!

The way it works, once it senses a jamming device, it automatically Demobilizes the vehicle. As long as a jammer is placed around the radius of the vehicle, the vehicle won't start.

You are right about some things you’ve said you are also wrong in some places

You are right about all car having trackers installed

But you are wrong about only Assasins and kidnappers using jamming devices, anyone can use it

There are anti anti jamming devices meaning they interfere with the signal of the original anti jamming devices

One I know uses a GPS GNSS device, so Completely blocks any ghz within that area

These devices knock off all signals just like when network goes off your phone when you put your phone on dnd

You are right that you can have an anti jamming device which immobilizes the car from starting when it interprets interfence but once the car has been stolen that can be electronically traced and removed because it is still emitting a signal,

Common Metal detectors can indicate where signal is still coming from from any place when the car is whether car or is in motion

So I think you are contradicting yourself on some parts you said yes there are anti jamming devices but you will also by mistake jam the GPS tracker too

Just pray no professional thief has has time to steal your car cos by the time you know it your car will be showing Lagos on your computer at home but it’s on anambra by then

No only the colour, that fact that the car is a hybrid that uses a battery pack is enough wahala on its own

While prices of fuel are expected to go high. Hybrids are the most reasonable option.

And since we depend on used vehicles, Nigerians will have no option but to switch to hybrid and electric vehicles while the Americans Phase out combustion engines

I didn’t say it’s a bad car bt most Nigerians don’t understand it so they will avoid it only few Nigerians understand it or are willing to take the risk of a used hybrid car. Even a Toks can give u issues if u don’t confirm it well.


The good mechanics for it are few.

apart from the head lamps , rear lights and body parts, he cant easily sell the engine, transmission ,brainbox and even the hybrid batteries. It will be a slow sale for even the body parts and that particular blue color is very eye catching and unique so it doesn't blend in and will be very easy to find.
