A letter from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) directed to the leadership of the APC has surfaced. INEC warns that the emergency meeting of APC NEC was not signed by the party's chairman and secretary. I am not really interested in the INEC 21day rule,

Let's keep that ace in the coller first, what I see here is that INEC doesn't recognize Bello or the new secretary he appointed to himself

Tomorrow is the last day apc have to issue notice publicly to it's members on the convention, (they can't do so with this illegal secretary)

Akanudohe is the only person that can do so, and he definitely won't which means apc can't have a convention without him issuing a proclamation (and convention can't happen without proclamation)

So officially by tomorrow we would already be sure that apc convention won't hold because akanudohe won't be signing anything tomorrow
