If it is outside Ukraine territory it is no longer legit. If it is inside Ukraine it is. The point is your missile cannot cross the border into Poland for whatever reason.

*NATO is not directly involved in the Syrian war

*The Assad regime presently controls MOST of Syria

*The Americans had withdrawn to the eastern oilfields under Trump.
