Good day house, I write this to narrate my experience of few days ago on Facebook to see if I can be helped and possibly help someone from falling into the hackers trap.
I have a page on Facebook where I advertise my puppies and for others that contact me.
The page is connected to my main Facebook account and I can only have access as an admin through the main Facebook account.
About four days ago I had an advert running for my page and checked regularly if there be any enquiries. It was all fine in the morning after I woke up but on getting to work around 8:30am i tried checking again only to realize that the account had been locked.
The drama started after I was asked to change my password which I did and I was asked to request for a code through the phone number I registered in the account to confirm it was my account.
This is one of the messages I got:

31781970 is your F-bk password code from Mofe Mo, 0915 051 5585.

I knew Facebook will never send an account reset code through such a number and thus called a friend that knew more about these things than I did.
He felt my Facebook app must have been hacked and suggested I uninstalled, format my phone and stay off Facebook for a while, that I can report the matter after few days but for now I should stay off Facebook.

I did as he said but was quite uneasy because of my businesses on the Facebook page that I can't have access too.
Thus I continued requesting for the code to see if I will get message from Facebook but to no avail.

I have requested for the code till as at this evening this is the level I am now as indicated in the image below


So my people how can I get my account back?

I will indeed be grateful for any suggestion that will give me a lead from this stalemate

After formating the phone, throw it away, do Visa buy ticket and change continent..

Each time I use email it still bounced back to the area where I need to insert a phone number
