How's Power Supply In Your Area? by Adejoncy01(m): 1:23pm On Mar 16, 2022 |
Hello Nairalanders, In my area, Ilorin, Kwara State where I stay, we do have at least 12hrs power supply everyday. But these days, we haven't had light up to 30mins for the past two days. This has been happening for two weeks now. It has affected me badly. How's power supply in your area? What is this government doing about it? This is frustrating to say the least. 24 Likes 2 Shares |

Haven't seen light since sunday evening.Total black out in my area and its environs thanks to power grid failure. *** tried using electric power subsitute(generator)but fuel wasn't available and i couldn't buy due to hike in fuel price and news flying that there is adulterated fuel in the country, thanks to the petroluem minister..*** currently ,i am studing electrical electronics engineering but ASUU strike kept me at home,.*** problems left, right and center** WHAT A COUNTRY. if the power gird failure lasts till enternity, will it have effect on me and my course? 39 Likes 2 Shares |

Light in Awka (ifite–Unizik) is on God and highly weather dependent. A little breeze, light goes off... If rain falls, we'll have to wait for them to dry the wires before power supply... As it is now, fuel supply dey in abundance compared to power supply. 64 Likes 1 Share |

The Benefit of solar Energy can't be overemphasized. Melbrom solar is an engineering firm that undertakes the design, supply, installation and maintenance of solar system. Go Solar today and harness the Sun to get 24 hours uninterrupted power supply. Bring in solar deals...Sun non dey finish, sun non dey go on strike, sun non dey collapse like Nigeria National grid. 1 Like 2 Shares |

Power supply has been relatively good in my area. In fact, we usually have about 16hours daily. However, in the wake of recent happenings around power distribution, we have been receiving about 10-12 hours. In fairness to them here, we get prompt messages on when there would be maintenance which would interrupt power supply. As I type, we don't have light and I could easily guess it's the fallout of the powergrid collapse. Recently, some community members opined they call the attention of PHCN to the outrageous and preposterous bills they give. Luckily I use prepaid and I don't pay more than 4800 monthly. In sum, it's not been a good time with power supply (No light since yesterday evening) 4 Likes |

Damnnn!!!!! Nigeria isn’t getting better ... #PrayForNigeria. Ask any of these old nincompoops their plans for Nigeria-to-come in the next some years, they literally would have nothing to say.. they online focus on present situations... 2 Likes |
