This might be related to the plan by Obiano to have his wife be a Senator from Anambra in 2023, while Bianca who was married to Ojukwu who was from Anambra and founded APGA, was denied that opportunity and reminded that she is from Enugu. Meanwhile Tinubu's wife who is not from Lagos became Lagos Senator by virtue of marriage to a Lagosian.
