JOB SUMMARY

An independent recruiting contractor is seeking an extraordinarily savvy and resourceful recruiting assistant to help with day to day operations. A hard working recruiting assistant with excellent communication skills, highly ambitious and goal-driven individuals looking for a career in mid to high level recruiting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Source candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn and ATS using sourcing tools like Lusha, Hunter and boolean keyword search
Post new job openings on job boards like Indeed, Monster etc
Make Prescreening phone calls to applicants
Utilize Microsoft Outlook to schedule candidates for interview with the Hiring Managers
Performs Primary Source Verifications of Licenses, Certifications and Registries of new hires
Utilizes Applicant Tracking System to research resume database
Work with variety of recruiting sources, both external and internal, to find best candidates for open positions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

At least one year of recruitment experience
Ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Ability to multi-task and adapt within a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
High Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Human Resources OR related field.


Job Type: Full-time and 100% Remote

Job Requirement: Job requires a PC and good internet connection 24/7

Salary: From N250,000 to N300,000 per month (depending on qualification)
