Neymar’s agent has confessed that Neymar is not likely to leave Santos over the summer, after the Brazilian club’s president, Luis Alvaro de Oliveira, declared that he would do all he could to hold on to him.


The news that De Oliveria now considers the going away of Neymar “non-negotiable” – despite having formerly said that five clubs were willing to match the player’s release clause – is a blow to the hopes of Chelsea and Real Madrid, who were among the favourites to sign the 19-year-old Brazil international.
