We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Engineer/Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Hold meetings regularly to ensure that everything is proceeding according to time and budget restrictions.
- Act as a liaison between the company and vendors, subcontractors and members of the community to ensure smooth working relationships and work proceeds on the different construction sites unhindered.
- Respond to complaints, concerns or requests throughout the project.
- Ensure that all health, safety and legal requirements are being met throughout the process.
- Supervise the work done on the construction vigilantly and judiciously to ensure that materials provided are used and accounted for.
- Maintain accurate inventory of the purchase of materials and set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
- Prepare a weekly and monthly budget on expenditure on the construction site and manage all funds disbursed according to established accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all financial records for the project are updated.
- Negotiate with all vendors, supplies, technical partners, government officials and members of the community for the best prices which balance price and quality/save costs.
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within the budget and required level.
- Complete quality assurance, and provide feedback to the team.
- Prepare and coordinate work schedules.

Education Requirements
HND holders and BSc holders.

Other Requirements:
Interested applicants should have at least, 3-5 years experience to gain an added advantage.
