Somewhere, someone is still dying as a result of Tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is one of the top infectious killers in the world caused by bacteria. It mainly affects the lungs and respiratory system. Anyone can get TB because it spreads through air and saliva, but the good news is TB is both preventable and curable.
Human tuberculosis is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Cattles also can contract Tuberculosis (Bovine TB).

Bovine tuberculosis (TB) is a chronic disease of animals especially cattle caused by a bacteria called Mycobacterium Bovis, (M.bovis) which is closely related to the bacteria that cause human and avian tuberculosis.

Those at high risk of contracting TB includes:

People with HIV infection
People who became infected with TB bacteria in the last 2 years
Babies and young children
People who inject illegal drugs
People who are sick with other diseases that weaken the immune system

People who were not treated correctly for TB in the past
