Hello buddies, I just got the 30k transparent power bank for 13500 and I just charged it from 69% its was when I bought to 90% and sincerely its trying shaaa my phone was in 70% when I plugged it but right now the power bank is 84% while my phone is 96%..how far are you guys rating the power bank

but any battery that has stayed a while without receiving juice, you need to charge before using, Even some manufacturers advice this, have you noticed phone getting warm to touch, whenever you're setting it up newly, or coming back to it after a while.
There's even a rule that battery of any appliance should be left at close to low or medium battery capacity before being kept for a while without use, that's to avoid strain on the battery. You don't need to juice up a new phone, because it' has been calibrated before sealing, but how do you not expect to juice up a foreign used phone, that has gone series of cycles and spent about one month idle before reaching its destination.
If lion battery weren't so fragile, all Phones would be at 100% battery capacity na.
You just have to know how to take care of them.

If you think the "charge before use" claim is false, go buy a UPS, and start using it, before it gets full, and see how long the lifespan of the battery will be.

this has been discussed extensively on Quora and even here on Nairaland. New model batteries don't need such.

If it were says of Nokia 3310 and others, that can work but not again. Batteries are getting smarter
