2023: Osinbajo, Not FEC, Stood Down Amaechi’s Security Memo - New Telegraph by Nemere2020: 10:51pm On Apr 01, 2022 |
Contrary to some reports that a Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting of September 24, 2021, turned down a proposal for security equipment for the Abuja-Kaduna rail line, the Vice-President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, not the FEC, actually turned down the proposal for reasons not unconnected to personal ambition in 2023. https://www.newtelegraphng.com/osinbajo-not-fec-stood-down-amaechis-security-memo/ 2 Likes 1 Share

The rubbish is filled with lies, so #3.7 billion contract was supposed to be awarded to a company that have a turn over of less than 100 million by Amaechi ministry which suppose to executed from the ministry's budget that might have been approved already by the federal house of assembly and signed by the president, so Osibanjo has the power to give out such fund as a vice President? 94 Likes 5 Shares |

They have started playing politics with a national tragedy. Was it a unilateral decision of Osinbajo or a unanimous decision of FEC? Whatever the case maybe, Osinbajo asked the right question. If you are making quotation, naming the brand is not only necessary but compulsory, otherwise, you'll make quotation for quality brand but supply a low grade one. The roforo fight should stop, neither of the duo is good for the country. They are both serial betrayals. BAT2023 85 Likes 7 Shares |

Ipob newspaper is trying hard to play a mischievous game. Unfortunately, the high rate of illiteracy in that region has deprived them of the understanding that the Vice President could not have singlehandedly vetoed the decision of FEC. Amaechi should rather come clear the air in the open than using his Ipob proxy to fight back. This is similitude of GEJ selling off NEPA to his gang of thieves, leaving Nigerians bear the brunt of the inefficiencies. 219 Likes 6 Shares |

A company that was formed in the third quarter of 2019 and an annual turnover of less than 85m wanted to handle a project of almost N4B, who does that? Also, there is no track record of the useless company ever handling security surveillance contract. Abeg Osinbajo na real star boy jor. Nonsense and ingredients. 220 Likes 11 Shares |

Make Amaechi rest the matter ... Even a mid-level manager like me wouldn't have approved such contract to a newly established company with no record history, irrespective of the financial turnover 59 Likes 5 Shares |

Igbos can play very hard and struggle to smear the VP. And it won't even amount to anything. Uzo Kalu is just ignorant of this. When VP directed him to provide enough information, why hasnt he? This is Amaechi that is always physically present at FEC since that September o. Nonesense. 43 Likes 9 Shares |

But the sad part and why some cabinet members are angry, is that Osinbajo, who declined approval for the devices that would have saved the day, was the first to visit Kaduna to commiserate with families of the survivors and his foot soldiers have been everywhere lying to the observing publics. Why didnt Osibanjo ask that another company with a stronger balance sheet and history be forwarded? Throwing off the table an assumed solution without recommendation solves nothing. 18 Likes |

Our ipob folks will chop Osibanjo raw for the next 2weeks They have never ever seen anything good about him But if it was on ground of lack of credible history of the company they declined the contract, couldn't they simply have asked Ameachi to contract a much more experienced company. I think the bottom line is that they failed to see the importance of such a security project given that there never recorded such an attack before now. 18 Likes |

You can see Tinubu Urchins have started the dance of shame by trying to smear the person of Osinbajo. How can you award a contract of 3.7 billion to a company formed two years earlier and with an annual turnover of 84 million. It was obvious that Amaechi wanted to cash out on the contract but trust Osinbajo, he is a sharp guy. 34 Likes 2 Shares |

I beg to disagree. Though Osinbajo does not talk much, he has a good heart. He will not see what will be to the interest of the people and turn away from it. BTW Can you design a professional flyer with your smartphone?? Paul can. Design of a flyer costs $8.3 on average. If you can design just 3 flyers daily, you'd be making $750 (over N400,000) monthly. This is 100% achievable, even a dummy can learn it... And guess what? You can achieve this with JUST your smartphone! That's not all! I will also teach you how to design: • Logos • Book covers • Album covers • Create Whiteboard animations and • Professional Photo Manipulation. These are high income skills that can feed you for life! That's not all still! I will also teach you how to: • Create 3D logos using mock ups. • Create Professional eBooks with your smartphone. • Create Professional marketing videos for companies. Plus a complete gift pack of Graphics Design eBooks worth AND ONE MORE THING! By the end of the training, you will be issued a Certificate of Completion, which will increase your credentials and give you a new opportunity to secure that amazing job! For all you stand to gain, this training can be easily priced at 50,000 naira. However, I have slashed it to 10,000 naira. But, the first 20 people will pay 4,999 naira. The 21st person will pay 7,500 naira. When is the class starting? Saturday, 9th of April 2022. To reach me, kindly send me a message on WhatsApp via the number below. Any guarantees? Yeah, if you don't make more than 10 times of your money with this skill, I will refund you your money with a written apology. How to get started? Send me a message on WhatsApp , via the number below for account details. PS.: This is not a Canva design class. PS. 2: Would you rather exchange 4,999 naira for over 270,000 naira or will you use it to flex today? Send me a message now. 16 Likes 2 Shares

“So, the vice-president had no other place to hide than to ask: what brand? Now, ask yourself, of what relevance is that in the equation? None! Lies and misrepresentation. Amaechi's proposal wasn't rejected just because of the brand (or lack thereof), but mainly due to a conflict of interest and lack of capacity. “We had doubts about the capability of a company, which was formed less than two years prior and had no track record of handling a contract of N3.7bn or a contract on surveillance systems. The company was also to be paid upfront. Our investigation pointed to a conflict of interest.” This implies Amaechi presented a proposal on a contract worth N3.7 billion to FEC over a fledging company which has father, mother and child as directors and with no major original equipment manufacturer (OEM) supplier for surveillance equipment. So Amaechi wanted to entrust our railway security to a Papa, Mama & Pikin company with neither the capital nor track record for delivering such a critical project. The jackals even wanted the payment upfront Osibanjo was indeed a good steward of leadership when he was in acting capacity as President in Buhari's absence. His eagle eyes spotted the irregularities when he presided over the FEC meeting and rejected the proposal accordingly. No wonder Amaechi was so quick to point fingers and pass blame immediately after the incident. If he had done the right thing in the first place and presented a proposal from a reputable & capable company that wouldn't raise red flags of "conflict of interest", could the unfortunate railway tragedy of last Sunday have been averted? Maybe. Just maybe. Let us soberly reflect, make amends & give reverence to the innocent departed, and Amaechi's handlers should stop playing petty politics with an avoidable national tragedy . 39 Likes 3 Shares

Rubbish Want to give a ₦4B contract to a mushroom company. A company that doesn't know jack about surveillance. Reasons why you all need someone like Osinbajo. It's even laughable to think a surveillance equipment or software can deter any bandit. The other possibility is, did some people bombed d railway to create a "didn't I tell you" moment? 43 Likes 3 Shares |
