I stay in a room and parlour apartment somewhere around Ogun state, not your imagined posh room and parlour.

All my belongings are in the room while I use the parlour as a kitchen and studio.

At around 1:30 midnight I heard the sound of my pot cover dropped on the floor, initially I thought it was due to the midnight breeze, after some minutes I started hearing footstep inside the parlour, meanwhile that was not the first time of experiencing such noise.

I gently stood up from my bed and walked like a chameleon towards the direction of the parlour, behold when I pointed my phone torchlight to see if it was the handiwork of stubborn rats, what I saw was unbelievable, a vulture!

Immediately I flashed my torchlight it flew away through the open window, through out the night I was just shivering.

Elders in the house am scared ,what could be the meaning and implication of such happenings.

It is always advisable to put a net on your window, why would u leave a window that has no net on it opened? For the bird to even be a vulture, I suspect you are living close to where animals are butchered for meat, the bird is just a normal bird looking for food and found free entry to your opened window netless room. Other animals can even have access until you put a net on it. Nothing spiritual or suspicious about a vulture or other birds entering your room when the windows are opened. If after putting a permanent net on the window and you still find the vulture inside, then I will believe whatever spiritual stories anybody will tell me on this issue.

The meaning and implication is that you're exposing yourself to danger by leaving your window open. Put some window net and protection that will prevent animals from flying into your house.
