Delegates were decided during the party's state convention. The party's state ar local government HQ should have this list.

Some selected ward executives, local government executives, senatorial executives, state executives, all elected members of the party from the senatorial district, all former president, vp, governor, deputy governor, lawmakers etc from the senatorial district and elected delegates.
