No matter the seriousness of a topic, You will have one or two foolish persons who make comments that doesn't align with the topic on ground.....Some people just enjoy being foolish.

I would advise you to go for what you have a passion for. It is not just money but what you can wake up at any time and jump into. I recommend WEB Development (Full Stack) if you have PASSION FOR IT.

Check most of the Big -Tech( Google,Twitter,etc) in USA, their CEOS are naturalised- Indian-American and is going to remain so for Centuries to come because US is a fertile land to be at your best- they originate it,they don't copy.

Mobile dev is interesting. Start with cross-platform languages like (react native, flutter, and maybe ionic), then transition to native languages(kotlin, swift), don't waste much time with java.

some 3 years ago, you'd hardly see a flutter ad online but since mid last year, flutter ads are littered all over the web, and it pays well if your negotiation skill is tight. you might not get a kotlin or swift job as a newbie, reason I recommend starting with cross-platform apps.

Lastly, for Android, don't play with jetpack compose when you start native development, it's the next big thing, but xml is very necessary if you want to work on enterprise apps. For IOS, Uikit is a must for enterprise apps, you can also play around with SwiftUI till it gains acceptance

... The comment I was looking for.. you can also add flutter language for app development.. my guess the op is not a programmer yet, maybe try to venture into tech.. I know is all about the money but remove the money mentality first or else tech would seem very frustrating (enjoy the process)
