I've observed this more than 20 times from this year's beginning.
Anytime I turn up to look at the time, I always see something like "11111", either "11:11" or "01:11" or anything like that.

Pls is this just a mere coincidence or spiritual "signals".

I first thought it was a joke until it is consistent.

Sometimes, I just pick up the watch unconsciously, without the intention of checking the time, and I will just see this strange numbers.

Here is the one I saw today. Immediately I stopped operating my phone, I just wanted to drop it and I noticed the time again.

Is this a spiritual or medical condition??

It is not normal, neither is it a coincidence. It is spiritual. I will drop the meaning of 1111 if I find it. Or you go to religion section and ask that dream interpreter with user name Yinkadaesh... or so. I can't remember the accurate spelling. If I confirm the spelling I will modify.
