Job Description
We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating amazing user experiences, someone with experience in designing easy-to-use UI for users who are adapting to technology. Someone who has great experience in designing products that help users to easily navigate, achieve their goals leading to superb funnel conversion rates.

Our Client designs products for everyone in the FMCG segment, starting from manufacturers, to distributors, to field agents, to retailers, to delivery agents. So our expectation from this new joinee is to grasp an understanding of these different audiences and apply the best UI/UX practices and creativity to provide a smooth experience to all the people we serve.

Requirements
4+ years experience: Defining the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual design.

Building functional prototypes to validate and test designs

Conducting user research and testing

Building and maintaining design systems

Should have worked with Figma for at least a year

Experience working in a startup that caters to fmcg industry will be an added advantage as well

Detail oriented, with strong organization and process skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints,

Extremely strong communication skills and demonstrated success presenting in a clear and compelling manner to cross-functional stakeholders,

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility, thrives in collaborative work,

Passion for practical application of research findings,

Strong visual and interaction design skills,

Strong design portfolio (with examples of work on web and mobile apps).

After the UX design, you should also give some time while testing the actual product if it working or not! As a developer, I carefully check the product before delivering the project to client! This is the website I use for automated web testing;
