If after uploading documents you still get limited. You have nothing to do but wait out the 180 days and hope you'll be able to withdraw it after that.

As for ur PayPal funds u have to be patient and wait till 6 months time (180 days) they will release the fund.

Don't take any action for now so as not to upset the bot thereby worsening the situation.

That is what I did and also linked it to payooneer accounts in US, EUR & UK.
