I was raised in Lagos and I have to say I turned out more decent than a lot of folks who I know were raised elsewhere, and I mean intellectually, socially, emotionally, even when it comes to handling adversity. So, how can you state that those raised in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state turn out better? What are the measures you applied in reaching this conclusion of yours?
