D huge salaries beign wasted on these political advisers can be used to tar many roads and invest in d education of kids.
For those offices, use civil servants with additional reasonable allowances and bet me, they will deliver their best.
They will be more accountable to d governor knowing full well they are bound by civil service rules and not politicians that are there to play politics with everything.
Use d money beign wasted on political appointees to develop Anambra.Civil servants are there to handle any useful posts and would be contented with a little money u will add to their salaries as allowances unlike d politicians.
