How is indirect primaries usually conducted

An indirect primary is an in-house election with delegates as voters. The delegates represent the party wards across the country and they all vote for the candidates to choose the Party's flag-bearer

A direct primary is one in which all card carrying members of the political party all over the wards in the country vote for candidates to choose a flag bearer. It was done during the time of 2018 Lagos APC Guber primaries to choose between Ambode, Sanwo-Olu, and Babafemi Hamzat.

If truly it is indirect primaries i forsee Amaechi clinching the ticket. He is the only person right now that can outspend more than Tinubu to convince the voting delegates.
