Can q rich man be considered a wealthy man or both RICH nd WEALTHY has different meaning

not at all... here is a clue: many will tell you today that that "portable" dude is rich, while we all know that he is just a corner away from being broke....on the ther hand, someone like Dangote is wealthy:
here below is the difference:

Rich and wealthy are not the same.

You can be wealthy but not rich,you can also be rich but not wealthy.

Wealth is one's property. While richness is one's ability satisfy one's demand.

Your phone or computer that typed this post with,is your wealth.

Richness is attained when your income is greater than your outcome,or your income is enough for you to afford all you need(not all you desire).

Wealth is just your pocessed things,1,6 or whatever.

Someone may be wealthier than you,but also poorer. Because he has houses in form of assets,while you have nothing like that,but you get 2 millions everyday,and he get nothing close to that.

If you are rich enough to buy things,it means you have liquid money presently at hand to buy such thing.

If you are wealthy enough to buy things,it means you have the asset that if sold,will give you enough money to buy such thing.

The educated ones know the best.
