✍Did you know the relationship with your kids is mainly dependent on your ability to manage stress?

Let's face it; Motherhood is the embodiment of stress. While the office brings with it the best perks you can envisage, it also presents a fair share of work and frustration.

Juggling motherhood along with the other duties you may have can be very challenging however, the onus still rests on us to be able to manage our stress levels.

The good news; The joyful perks of motherhood can help you deal with the parts that are more stressful than fun.

Dear Mamma,

Stress comes with the "Mummy" territory, but you have to manage it so you can function optimally.

Imagine talking to your kids in your stressed-out form and tone It's not a good sight, and we often regret our outburst, because it finally registers that these kids are just innocent bystanders.

Dear Mamma,

While you try to manage the tantrums, the busyness, the accidents, and whatnot that comes with motherhood remember to revel in these moments because it won't last, and when it is gone, all you'll have left are the memories.

So as much as you'd want to have everything under control, have fun while at it.

Love, Laugh, Learn, Lead and Live Life to the fullest!

Stay Fabulous!
