COMMENTARY :

JESUS CHRIST IS THE FULLNESS OF THE IMAGE OF GOD

2 Corinthians 4:3-4
[3]But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
[4]whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.

PAGE ~32 : THE DARKNESS ,AND THE LIGHT.

While we were still discussing ; suddenly
I fell and stumbled ;hitting hard on the ground so much that I find it hard to stand up .
I was hoping to be assisted in getting up by my colleagues ,but none of them gave me a helping hand .
I raised my head up to call for help ; then
I saw both the agnostic and the legalist also lying flat on the floor.
They too had stumbled ,and had sustained various injuries .
I wondered what it was that could have caused it ; then I saw people falling down .
every other person on the wide path began to stumble ,and fall one after another ,and in a twinkling of an eye everyone was on the floor ,and their clothings were torn and stained ;their bodies injured ,and their strength cracked .

Suddenly ; it felt as if scales fell of my eyes .
Then I saw that everyone were wearing black clothes ,and even myself .
I wondered why I was incognizance of that all this while .
I never knew I was wearing black .
I could remember setting out on the journey wearing a white robe .
I could remember joining the procession in the light of the day .
But now every where is dark and there seems to be no single trace of light .
How could the day dawn suddenly ,and the night appears in the blink of an eye ?

Then i noticed we've actually been walking for a time long enough for the day to break even it there was a night but the night never ended ,and the morning never came.

then It dawned on me that we were actually walking in darkness but everyone taught it was dark because of the night but were not aware of the fact that we were actually in the day time but with no light to illuminate our path ; what we had instead was darkness ;and this darkness was responsible for the stumbling ,and falling .

I turned my face towards the narrow way , and was suprise to see light there.

how could those on that side of the divide be in the morning time ,and we in the night time ?

I lifted up my eyes to see if the light was emanating from the sun or the moon but there was no sun above them neither was their light from the moon .
The light by which they walk didn't came from the constellations of this world but was emanating out of the hearts of those who were walking therein .
The people were walking in the illumination of a light that proceed from within their heart ,and not the sun or moon or the sky or the brightness of the day any artificial light .

all the people had scriptures in their hands, and has they read the scriptures i could see them paying attention to the voice of an invicible being who speaks to their hearts .

It was a small still voice .

whenever the small still voice speaks the intensity of the light increases .

The more they tune their mindfulness inwardly towards the spirit to hear the more the voice speaks.
and as the voice speaks the more the light from within their hearts intensifies and brightens their path .

I wondered what that could be ,and then took a look at myself to see if I had the same light ; but instead of a light I saw a dark mist evaporating out of my heart .
I became afraid ,and then look at the other people with whom I was walking and saw the same dark mist rising from within their hearts .
The darkness around us was actually and literally emitting out from within our hearts and darkened our path thereby causing us to stumble from time to time .

Then I heard voices whispering like thoughts into the heart of everyone in the wide way ,and telling them to carry out some actions ,and gradually everybody began to do things that contradict the desire of each other ,and everyone ended up offending others and themselves were offended .
suddenly violence broke out among the travelers, and many began to fight themselves ,and some begin to shout ,and curse themselves .
I scrambled for safety but there was no where safe to turn to .

Then I saw the bearded man and the antagonist getting attacked by two men.

One of the men Attached himself to the agnostic and gave him heavy punches ,and then fled .
The agnostic fell down and scream "ho God I need you!
I need you now ! ; Come save me .
He cried bitterly and sobbed .

Suddenly the bearded man was stabbed from behind ,and and he fell flat on the ground bleeding out heavily .
Then he cried out
"lord have mercy on me a sinner ."
Please do not allow me to die in my sins but save me by your grace ."

I though of how to escape before getting killed by the violent travelers ,who had succeeded in killing some people already .

then I ran to the gate of the narrow- way and lay flat there pretending to be dead .

while lying there the hunger ,and thirst I had earlier returned upon me in great intensity than I had felt before.

Ho my God !
What kind of a life is this ?
Why do I have trouble upon trouble ,and there seems to be no sign of a light at the end ?

Ho God !
the creator of the heavens and earth ;
Please save me from this distress ;
Save me speedy for I can do nothing of myself .
I surrender my life to you please deliver me speedily .
I have reached the end of my strength , and now i cease to trust in it for it has failed me forever .
Look down upon your servant and forgive me of all iniquity and sins .
Please stretch forth your hand and take me out of hell .
Light me ho lord ; and enlighten my darkness ho my Creator ;
then my soul will magnify your name ,and my heart will adore you .
I repent from all wickedness ,and lay my hope for salvation in your ....................

COMMENTARY :


Proverbs 4:18
[18]The path of those who live right is like the early morning light. It gets brighter and brighter until the full light of day.
Proverbs 4:19
[19]But the path of the wicked is like a dark night. They trip and fall over what they cannot see.

COMMENTARY :

JESUS IS THE LIGHT BY WHICH WE LIVE

John 1:1-9
[1]In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
[2]He was in the beginning with God.
[3]All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
[4]In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.
[5]And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. John’s Witness: The True Light
[6]There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
[7]This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe.
[8]He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
[9]That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world.

While I was still praying I heard the sound of foot steps coming towards me ,
I was gripped with fear considering the possibility if been attacked by the approacher.

Then I heard a voice spoke and its sound hits my heart like an hammer ,pierced through my soul like a sword , and ignited a fire that burns deeply withing my heart .

This must be the voice of the word of God
I quickly concluded.
He must have heard my prayers and has come down to deliver me from this kingdom of darkness .

Then The voice spoke again and said to me

" look up !"

but I did refused and did nothing .

the voice repeated itself again

" look up !"

still I did nothing .
then the voice roar mightily like the voice of a lion

"LOOK UP !"

I shrunk

nnnnnno............ !

THE VOICE : why ?

ME : because I'm unworthy

THE VOICE: what made you unworthy?

ME: my sins ;terrible sins

THE VOICE : are you sorry ?

ME : yes, but still your law demand that you must kill me .

THE VOICE : my law ?
(He said in bewilderment)

ME : y..y..y..y..y......yes .

THE VOICE : No !
I have no law neither am I a judge ,but the Lord is our Judge, The Lord is our Lawgiver, The Lord is our King; He will save us.

ME : ah !
then who are you sir ?

THE VOICE : Evangelist -
my name Is Evangelist.

ME : Evangelist ?

NARRATOR: on hearing that ; I stood up immediately, and grabbed him by his feet and began to weep on it.
having wept much ; I Bent my head ; then cleaned away the tears by the hair of my head .
ho that I might get a little oil from an alabaster box to anoint his feet, may be by doing that he could intercede on my behalf before God .

but he gave Sigh and cried.
"Wrongly discipled !"

EVANGELIST : you're missing it .
I'm a man with a nature like yours and like of the prophets so worship God and God alone .

Narrator : I held down my head still ,and cried

ME : "sir what can you do for me "

EVANGELIST : repent !

(I stood up and said to him )

ME : ah sir I don't need repentance now - I need help .


EVANGELIST : repent !

ME: you're not getting me sir ,
I mean to ..........

EVANGELIST : you're not getting either my friend .

ME : I said .............

EVANGELIST : you need repentance !

for you have shown that you are sorry and godly sorrow leadeth to repentance ,
so repent, and turn to the lord
and do it now quickly .
lift up you head and see ;
the sun is setting ;
the day is far spent ,
and time is rolling away ;
so repent today, and now for now is the acceptable time and today is the day of salvation .

ME : I repent, Evangelist I repent !

EVANGELIST : why do you call upon me ?
woe unto him that put his trust in the arm of flesh !
call upon the lord !
for he that calleth upon the lord shall be saved ,or don't you believe?

ME: I believe ;
help my unbelieve .

EVANGELIST : I can not help you .
only the god who made the heavens and the earth can help you .
he that became a son of man that the sons of men might become sons of God ,for as many has believed in him to them he gave power to become the sons of God.

ME : who is he that I might believe in him ?

EVANGELIST : Jesus the Christ !

ME : ha!
Jesus !
I, I, I have heard of him befor but how can he save me ?


Evangelist : because he died for your sins ,he has paid to God the requirements of the law


ME : what sin of mine sir, and what law ?

EVANGELIST : all of your sins including the one you committed in Adam your father

ME : no sir ! My father's name was not Adam sir but a different name

EVANGELIST : you are Adam yourself

ME : how is that sir ? my name is not Adam neither is my father's name .

EVANGELIST : you are Adam because your father is Adam ,and you are a sinner because your father sined and you inherited the nature of sin from him because you were in him when he sinned ,and also sinned through him because the same spirit that is in him is the same spirit that is in you and in each and every human being that is un-regenerated .

ME : Sir ! I don't understand what you are saying , you are confusing me or you are confused yourself .

EVANGELIST : hmmmn!
My son I understand that the natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are nonsense to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is accurately judged by no one.

ME : then help me understand this hard saying of yours ;for how can I be Adam when I was not alive when Adam lived ?

EVANGELIST : you were in adam when he lived in the garden of eden even though you were not alive yet in the flesh ,that is the same way a christian is seated in christ Jesus in the heavenly places even though he is still on earth in the flesh .

ME : HA! my confusion has increased than before , you have not help me sir ,but have added to my burdens .

EVANGELIST : you do not understand because there is a veil upon your heart

ME : veil upon my heart ?
What kind of veil is it and how did it get there ?

EVANGELIST : yes there is a veil upon the hearts of those that are lost and perishing
And it was placed there by the god of this world .

ME : God !
Why would God do that to me
Why ! Why !

EVANGELIST : I DID NOT SAY "GOD "BUT " the god of this world "

ME : sir I have had enough of these please ,
All I want is to get out of my troubles ,but you have succeeded in adding more yoke to the one I've got already .

EVANGELIST : Matthew 11:29-30
[29]Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
[30]For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

ME : take your yoke upon me or what did you just said ?
You have played with my emotions and now you want me to bear want is not mine but yours ? Who does that !

EVANGELIST : I was not the one that said so my son ;I only quoted the words of him that said it .

ME : then what is that to me ?
How does the words concerns me ?

EVANGELIST : they do !
Because in him was life and the life was the light of men .

ME : I don't comprehend what you're saying at all ;this are gibberish ,and nonsense

EVANGELIST : it is because you are in darkness and the darkness comprehend not the light that is in him

ME : in who ?
Please can you just leave me alone and let me deal with my thing my own way cause you presence here is your helping me ?

(he then quoted a scripture to me saying )

EVANGELIST : John 14:6
[6]Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

I kept silent and refused to speak .

COMMENTARY :

John 3:16-21
[16]For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
[17]For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
[18]“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
[19]And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
[20]For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.
[21]But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”

COMMENTARY :

John 10:9-10
[9]I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.
[10]The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

Then Evangelist continued and said
"Hebrews 3:15
[15]while it is said: “Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.”

ME : stop Calling me a rebel sir ,
Because I am not .

EVANGELIST : then what are you ?

ME : I am a human being

Evangelist : have you ever sinned befor

Me :yes ;many times

Evangelist :have you been able to overcome all sins ?

Me: no body is perfect

Evangelist :have you not heard that it is written
Matthew 5:48
[48]Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect. ?

ME :I didn't know ,and how can that be ?
How does God expect me to be perfect like him ?

EVANGELIST :With man it is impossible but with God all things are possible

Evangelist : are you not addicted to lying, cheating, malice, fornication ,hatred, abuse, masturbation ,pornography , gambling , etcetera ?

Me: yes I am addicted to different kind of sins ,and even pornography ,and masturbation

Evangelist: it is because
whoever commits sin is a slave of sin.
And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever.
Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.

Me: please sir who is this son that I may go to him to get my freedom ?

Evangelist :it is he that has been talking to you

Me : ha! So you are the one !

Evangelist :no I am not he but a servant of his

ME: why then did you say it is he that has been speaking to me ?

Evangelist: the words that I speak to you I do not speak by my own authority but his spirit that dwells in me speaks them through me .
For he has put his spirit in my spirit and his words in my mouth .

ME: then where is he that I might go to him ?
Show me the way

EVANGELIST:he is the way the truth and the life
For there is no other way to get your salvation.

ME:Then how can I get to follow the way or him ?

EVANGELIST:Repent ,and forsake your sins

Me: I am ready for salvation all this while

EVANGELIST :but were you ready to carry your cross and follow him ?

ME :What cross and how is it mine ?
Please sir don't confuse me again .
Please I beg you !

EVANGELIST :Jesus died for you ,he was arrested ,beaten ,mocked ,chastise with and scourged with a crown of thorns ,all for your sake .
Do you remember the sins that I said you committed in Adam ?

Me :yes I do ,but even though I have said such things too but I I don't seems to understand how I committed any sin through Adam.
I sincerely I don't believe I did that
except the ones I knew I did after I was born

COMMENTARY :

Romans 5:14-19
[14]Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come.
[15]But the free gift is not like the offense. For if by the one man’s offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many.
[16]And the gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned. For the judgment which came from one offense resulted in condemnation, but the free gift which came from many offenses resulted in justification.
[17]For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)

COMMENTARY :

Romans 10:1-10
[1]Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they may be saved.
[2]For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.
[3]For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God.
[4]For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
[5]For Moses writes about the righteousness which is of the law, “The man who does those things shall live by them.”
[6]But the righteousness of faith speaks in this way, “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ ” (that is, to bring Christ down from above )
[7]or, “ ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’ ” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).
[8]But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach):
[9]that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Evangelist :do you believe that your spirit will continue to exist after you die ?

Me :yes.
Evangelist : The way your spirit will continue to exist after you die in the flesh that is how it was in existence before you came alive (were born ) in the flesh .
It was the same spirit that Adam had when he was alive and by whom he sinned against God, that is the same spirit that you have in your body right now (it is like a single bottle drink poured into different cups )
The spirit of Adam was poured into all flesh
,but God has dealt with the power of sin
And is now ready to also pour his own spirit upon all flesh that they might be re-born again in the spirit and become the sons of God,and the heirs of righteousness leading to life etrenal and justication through faith by believing in the finsished works of Jesus Christ ,
Just as they were all the sons of Adam and the heirs of sin leading to eternal death ,and through the inheritance and indirect and spiritual participation of sin by Adam .

Me :But if I am to be an atheist I wouldn't believe that

Evangelist : atheists believe in life in the body
But
How is it that they denied life in the spirit ,for it is the spirit that giveth life to the body in the first place (for without the breath that proceeds from the spirit the body can not live )
The breath you have do not come from your heart but from your spirit .

Me :no they come from the air called "oxygen "

Evangelist : then why do People still die even when they are breathing in oxygen

Me :then why do some die when oxygen is disconnected from them ?

Evangelist :the scriptures says in
Romans 8:11
[11]But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.
It does not say "life will be given to your body through oxygen but through spirit ."


Me : hmmn! now I see
but this will look absurdly in the eyes of many scientists and foolish in the mind of many world renowned philosophers

Evangelist :yes it would as it is written
1 Corinthians 1:19-21,25,27-29
[19]For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, And bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.”
[20]Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
[21]For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through wisdom did not know God, it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe.
[25]Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men. Glory Only in the Lord
[27]But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty;
[28]and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are,
[29]that no flesh should glory in His presence.

Me :Hmm!
what do I do now sir ?

Evangelist :Repent and then you will be baptized in the name of Jesus for the remission of sin
And you will receive the gift of the holy spirit .

Me : okay I repent .
Evangelist : do you mean it sincerely from you heart ?

Me :yes I do !

Evangelist :then say these words after me
" dear lord Jesus "

Me :dear lord Jesus

Evangelist : I believe that you died for me
And paid for my sins

Me :I believe that you died for me
And paid for my sins

Evangelist : I believe that your rose up the third day for my justification ,

Me: I believe that your rose up the third day for my justification

EVANGELIST: I accept you as my personal lord ,and savior today ,and now

ME: I accept you as my personal lord ,and savior today ,and now

Evangelist:wash away every guilt upon my heart ,and sanctity me by your precious spirit

Evangelist: clean my name from the book of death and condemnation and write my name I the book of life among those that are justified by your finish works

COMMENTARY :

Romans 10:8-10

Romans 5:7-10
[7]For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die.
[8]But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
[9]Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.
[10]For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.

Then Evangelist said
"my son my hour has come to depart ,but godGod will send you another helper .
I have many things to say but you can not accept them now however when you have received the holy spirit then the holy spirit will teaches you all things .
He will guide you and lead you into all truth
He will help you with your weaknesses .

(Then I became sorrowful and cried )

"Sir please don't leave me !"
But he replied "it is to your advantage that I go away so that you can learn to have experience through your relationship and interaction,and obedience to the holy spirit ."

"For if I stay with you ,you would want to depend on me ,but if I go away you will learn to take responsibility and learn for yourself ."

"For the friend of a bridegroom do not fast when the is with them becsuse their meal is the bridegroom's responsibilities but a day will come when he will be taken away from them then they will learn to fast because their eating is now their own responsibility ."

ME: okay sir ,but where are you going now sir ?

EVANGELIST : i must go to another person like yourself and through other cities and villagies because for this reason I have come (was I born )
But my son please pray to God that he send more laborers into his harvest of lost souls because the harvest is massively plentiful but those who are labiuring to save them are very few .
continue to walk in the narrow way till you reached the end of your time

ME: okay sir ,I will intercede for those that are lost because I know some people must have also interceded on my behalf ,and that must have led to you meeting me today .
I will show gratitude to God by caring for others too as Christ has cared for me .
Thank you my father sir .

EVANGELIST :Good bye my son.

PAGE ~38 : THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT .

After the departure of Evangelist I remembered he said if I ask god in prayer he would fill me with his holy spirit so I began to pray
"Father I ask in the name of Jesus that you fill me with your precious holy spirit has you have said in your words that you will do to those that will obey you if they ask
And with other words I prayed but nothing happened.
I continued praying till an hour pasted and yet nothing happened still .
I was wondering what could be wrong
Then I remembered evangelist said my salvation is by faith not of work .
if it is so I will ask god by faith and will not hope in receiving the holy spirit from the father
Because of any good thing I have done but because of what i belive Jesus had done .
So I began to pray again
Suddenly
My head began to roll has if been moved by a force and then I be gn to blab in tongues I couldn't understand .

Suddenly I heard a voice withing my mind and it said to me" common ! you are still guilty and you shall be judged still .
How do you expect a mere confession to save you ?
for God is a spirit and spirits don't forgive sins they take judgment by force so you are conde……


Narrator: Suddenly i heard a small still voice in my heart and it said "No ... he is forgiven ,he is justified and he is acquitted of all charges of sin ."

Then the voice told me
That is Satan trying to withstood you as he withstood Joshua the high priest
He is an accuser
But rebuke him and he will flee from you

Then the first voice spoke again and said " but he is to be put to death because the wages of sin is death "

The small still voice replied :who are you to condemned him ,has Christ not died in his place ?
Is it not Christ who justified him ?
Satan : yes iiiiiiiii knnnnnow but ..........

Immediately while Satan was still speaking , I remembered that the small still voice said I should rebuke the devil anytime he speaks into my mind .
Then in holy anger I yelled " get behind me Satan because there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus .

Then there was silent withing my mind ,and I felt a kind of peace that surpasses all understanding saturating through my mind ,and it felt cold and calmness inside .
Then I discerned that it was a manifestation of the presence of the holy spirit whom the father has sent into my heart .

Then I cried Abba ,father -I thank you ,I bless you holy name ,I adore you majesty .
Thank you father ,thank you son ,thank you holy spirit .
But my heart could not contain the joy that I felt then I turned it into a song singing

"what can I say unto you lord ?
All I have to say is thank you lord
Thank you lord ,thank you lord all I have to say is thank you lord."
Then the small still voice spoke again and said
"you thanks is accepted go and sin no more

COMMENTARY :

Luke 11:11-13
[11]If a son asks for bread from any father among you, will he give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent instead of a fish?
[12]Or if he asks for an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?
[13]If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!”

Acts 2:1-4
[1]When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
[2]And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
[3]Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.
[4]And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

And then I ask the voice and said "is it possible for me not to do those things I did before no more ?"

The small still voice : yes it is ,or how can a person who have died to sin live any longer in it ?
But my people still live in sin even though they have died to it ,yes! They died to sin through the body of Christ on the cross and they arose to the newness of life that they might live unto God by me the spirit of Holiness to bearing fruits unto righteousness.

But unfortunately many of them they still live in sin because though they have died I to sin they refused to reckon themselves as dead to sin ,and alive to God ,therefore sin still exercises its power over their life through their living and walking in the flesh instead of living and walking by me who is the spirit .

Then I asked the small still voice and said
"Please tell me lord how can I live and walk by the spirit and not flesh ?
Then he replied and said " you live in the spirit by being mindful of me and my presence withing your spirit and being mindful of what i might want to say to you within your heart,
And you walk in the spirit by obeying my commandments to do my will ,while you denied yourself the doing of your own desire or will .

ME: buy why is it one can hear God but still not obey ?

It is because he is not yielded and lacks faith but doubt my voice .

ME : so lord how can one become obedient

THE VOICE : by been yielded ,by surrendering your will ,by being submissive ,by letting me have my way against your flesh's .
As it is written
Romans 6:16
[16]Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

ME : Okay please what about masturbation ,and pornography ;how can one break free from those things ,and not go back to them again ?

THE SMALL STILL VOICE : It is by obeying my law that you are set free from the law of sin and death
As it is written
Romans 8:2-4
[2]For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
[3]For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
[4]That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

ME : okay, what are the things that one can do so that one will not go back to those sinful things that held one bond by their addiction ?

THE SMALL STILL VOICE :
Prayer ,Fasting ,meditating my words ,waiting upon me ,self control ,putting away every bad influences and everything thing that could led to temptation .
Using your time well and being watchful and careful of the things you do on the internet .
These are dome of them .

ME :why do I need this ?

THE VOICE : have you not read in the scriptures where it is said
Luke 11:24-26
[24]When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out.
[25]And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished.
[26]Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.

So the soul of a person who has been delivered must not be left empty or else the demon will return and make the person's condition worst than it was before
Therefore you must fill you soul with the energy that prayer produces ,and with the words of God and with the fragrance of his presence by waiting on him
And you must learn to rule over your flesh by subjecting it to fasting so that it appetite ,lust and desires can be tamed .

ME: could demon cause one to masturbate ,fornicate and be held bond to ungodly addictions ?
Because I heard you talk about demons

THE SMALL STILL VOICE : yes they do .
Demonic spirit are behind many of the addictions that people struggle with .
And that happens because the people themselves afforded the demons the opportunity to rule over their will or they do not rebuke them when they came to tempt them into carrying out such act .

ME :How do demons gain access into people lives ?
The small still voice : by the lust and desires of the people , by what they look at ,by what they listen to and by what they fantasize .
And some times by speaking into peoples mind ,while the people take the things they heard in their mind as their own thoughts .
(The spirit of God also speaks to peoples mind but sometimes they take the things they heard for their own thought ,but he who is spiritual,and matured Judges all things to discern between good and evil

ME :how then does one discern ?

The small still voice : the word of God is alive and sharper than any two edge sword dividing the soul and spirit ,and joint and marrow and know the intent of the heart and thoughts .

ME :meaning ?

THE SMALL STILL VOICE :judge what ever you heard in your heart by using the scriptures to discern weather they are good and of God or they are evil and of the devil .

ME: Why do anyone needs to love this way ?

Because whom ever you yield yourself servant to obey the slave of him you are
(Meaning you will become the slave of what ever you chose to obey )
Either of unclean evil and demonic spirits
Like the spirit of lust ,fornication,lie,masturbation,pornography,betting,gambling,quarreling,thuggery,corruption,abuse,cursing,immorality,and the likes.

Me: wow ! So all this could be demonically inspired into the lives of men ?

THE SMALL STILL VOICE :yes they can,and they are .
The being called man is only a a vessel created by God to be a medium through which the spirit of could could find expression in the physical realm .

ME: So what do I do now

THE SMALL STILL VOICE : begin to practice why you have heard my son .
Be a doer of the word and not a hearer only
For my words says

Matthew 7:24-27
[24]Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
[25]And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
[26]And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:

ME: okay lord ,but I need your grace
Lease give me the grace to obey you
And help me do what you want me to do because I am weak

THE SMALL STILL VOICE :
You shall not say "I am weak but I am strong ,and can do all things through Christ who strengthens me for
My grace is sufficient for you ,my strength is made perfect in weakness .
