Administrative Secretary Vacancy(female)

Responsibilities:

* Typing reports, letters and other business documents

*Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible

*Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.

* Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
Sorting and responding to emails or distributing to employees

* Perform other office duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills

* Familiarity with basic office procedures and basic file management.

*Working knowledge of office devices and processes
* Good knowledge in typing and taking dictations
*Very good knowledge of MS Office

*Excellent communication skills
*Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

* SSCE or OND and knowledge in using computer

Applicant must be residing within SURULERE and its environ. She must be ready to work with little or no supervision.
