For me Turp is very effective, it's tested ND trusted, after d treatment is been carried out within 24 hrs d person can be able to pee by him self. It expensive, bt no amount is too expensive wen it comes to life.

Keep praying and believing God bro, its a painful experience.. My dad died of prostrate cancer on march 2020 after one year of suffering and pain. Millions of naira was waisted on drugs, herbal medicine and hospital bills. He couldn't undergo an operation becos the doctor said the prostate has gotten cancerous so we just have to manage him like that with medications. It got to a point that he can't walk nor raise his hands constant pain every night , it was so terrible for me to watch my dad fade just like that. God knows the best. Not really steady, but doctors do recommend men to have sex, it helps reduce the risk of prostrate cancer. Prostrate cancer is really killing alot of Nigerian men from their 50's.
