Job Description/
Responsibilities

Coordinate IT support for our clients.

You will be responsible for IT operations in Lagos.

You will work directly with the Head of IT to coordinate IT functions.

You will work directly with vendors on major IT initiatives to support our processes.

You will prepare devices and assist with deployment to customers, This will include ensuring that devices are at top-notch approved standards.
Under the instruction of the Head of IT, you will coordinate all global projects for implementation in Lagos.

You will be responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests in a remote-only environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate IT inventory for Lagos.

You will coordinate repair and replacement for all IT hardware.

You will be a key member of the testing of new hardware, software, and other solutions within the company.

You may be assigned short term operational tasks on need basis.
As a senior member of the team, you will have access to senior exceptional experience and are therefore strongly encouraged to develop your own technical capabilities through self-driven learning and mentorship to position yourself for better opportunities in the future.


Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines

You will have experience installing and configuring IT software and hardware

You have experience repairing IT equipment and hardware

You will have access our company information and resources and therefore high levels of integrity are key to your success in this role.
