My own na empty fried eggs.
Years back,fried eggs dey tire me because of different ingredients added like pepper(pepper na my man!), tomato, onion and salt.
I dey always tire to eat am finish.
But a friend tell me make I try empty fried eggs with little salt.
Oya I try am.
Wetin,you go notice with this method be this;
1)If you dey use to ingredients fried eggs,you go think say na recent you start to dey eat egg.
2) Eggs natural flavor or aroma go come even when you dey eat am
3)E nor go tire you especially when you nor too dry the eggs.

Ingredients
Eggs, vegetable oil and little salt.

Process:
Put pan for fire.
Add oil.
Some minutes hot(2 mins).
Add cracked eggs (Nor mix the yolk and the albumen or egg white).

Nor be every time you dey follow popular recipe.



Dem dey look me weird sometimes,

I use microwave to fry my egg.
I break the egg and use spoon to whisk it or stir it.
Add maggi and salt to taste
I cut tomatoe, fresh pepper and onions to spice it up.
I pour the fried egg tomatoe, fresh pepper and onions to my plastic cooler stir it thoroughly and put it in microwave for few minute like 2 or 3 minute.
I use spoon to stir and put it back.
I take out the fried egg and served.

Fried Eggs can be eaten with bread, white rice and or Indomie.

Yep, they do .... someone who lives in my house does. It dilutes the eggs and makes it puff up.

I add pvssy squirt in my eggs

Fried eggs depending on the mood for that day. Carrot, onion, green pepper, and tomatoes. Yummy!

As for me I deep fry
I go add both water & oil, then come pour the egg inside.......e go boil till the water dry.....then the oil go take over

I usually make use of fresh tomatoes, pepper, onions and maggi. I first fry the pepper and onions together for like 3 minutes and then I add the tomatoes and fry for another 3 to 5 minutes before adding a little maggi, and then I add the eggs to the mix

The latter makes me TIRED quickly too. I only eat it when I get a craving.

For me I slice my fresh tomato, pepper and onion separately. I stirbmy eggs add a little pinch of salt and maggi. Fry my tomato, pepper and onion a bit before I add my eggs
