In the video shared above by the previous poster, the man who can be seen wearing white long sleeve shouting at the journalist was no one other the CSP Promise wosu, Governor Wike's Chief Security officer. He was a rogue SARs commander whom the Governor used to rig 2015 election that brought him to power, after which he was rewarded as CSO. The CSO brought in his boys from SARS to join him the government house, one who is the camp commandant DSP London Efeturi Irikefe

Both corrupt police officers doing the dirty work of Governor Wike are Billionaire today, they own plethora of mansions, hotels, fuel stations, companies etc, their children all school abroad. Yet the governor doesn't seem it fit to approve the promotion of civil servants since his assumption of office.
