We are currently looking for a coper or a graduate (female preferably) to work for a start-up located at Ikota shopping complex, Ajah, Lagos.

The job entails administrative and client support operations such as


Managing daily activities of the company and its environment
Documenting and filing of clients' documents electronically and manually
Answering phone calls, sending emails, and attending to walk-in clients
liaising between our tech support team and clients
Resolving communication issues between our tech support team and clients

Client Support duties
Working with the management team in executing
Management of clients' social media accounts
Developing content for marketing operations for clients
Attending to clients' enquires and request
Evaluating strategies engaged in multiple marketing operations

Training to upgrade your skills will be provided
