Bought additional 30planks 1500 each....
I knew the Carpenter that bought it cheated me but no wahala...
I would have go to the sawmill with him but I was plenty busy at my shop...

When is time for roofing kindly take time off work and monitor things your self. For every #aira your workers ask for, request to see what they bought and check the quality before using it on your building. Handymen are not to be trusted sir.

I supervised... But total cost of building is foundation 115k
Completion is 150k
Septic tank workmanship 35k
Carpenter and iron bender is not included...

Bro I did my youth service in oyo town and stayed in Dan zaria, to be honest with you I really love that town scatter.

If I had seen a decent job or business I'd have stayed back honestly. Very peaceful and calm place.
