NNEPA will not give you light for hours, they bring light just when the sky starts to go dark and it is obviously about to rain, then take it back as soon as it starts raining.

The same thing they do few days to month end, light become regular in most areas and they start carrying ladders to disconnect estimated billing customers after over billing them, and gullible masses who owe them will start running up and down to beg them
